I appreciate the decision to move the U.S. Daylight Saving Time three weeks earlier to save energy because the U.S. population in winter they can not work due to winter time now shorter and less people will work because of the snow that will save energy but in addition it is not good because residents they will have more practice and use electrical products pollute the environment.

If you want to beat the winter blues, the best treatment is light therapy. Light therapy can also consist exposure to sunlight, by spending more time outside. Another way to beat the sadness is, when you feel sad, you should listen to music and dance, it will make you fell happy. Don't forget to turn on the lights everywhere you are, because darkness make you feel depressed.
